Reject Order: If the product is out of stock, payment hasn't been received, data is unclear, or the store is closed — select Reject Order.
12. Continuing the Order to the Order Page

- The order enters the order page — check the order details again.
- Continue the order process, select or confirm the payment method.

Self-Order data helps cashiers because the product list and customer data are already filled in automatically.
DIGITAL RECEIPT
13. Receipt Sent to Self-Order Website
After the transaction is complete, the digital receipt is sent back to the customer's Self-Order website page. Customers can view transaction details, download receipts, take screenshots, or save transaction proof.
14. Printing Receipts via Cashier
If the customer wants a physical receipt, the cashier can print it via a Bluetooth thermal printer from the receipt page in the app.
IMPORTANT NOTES
15. Archived Products Not Displayed on Self-Order
Archived products will not appear in the app's product list or on the Self-Order website. Use the archive feature to hide products without permanently deleting data. Products can be restored if needed.
Example: If the "Cheese Croissant" menu is out of stock, archive it so customers don't order it via Self-Order.
16. Don't Mix Up the Barcodes
Self-Order QR Code: For customers — can be shared.
Admin Dashboard Barcode: For connecting business data — private, should not be shared carelessly.
For customers, use the Self-Order QR Code. Do not share the Admin Dashboard barcode with customers.
